The aim of the Preschool Center is to provide sound Bible teaching that will increase each child’s understanding and love of God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son, and the Holy Spirit. This is accomplished through sharing Bible stories and truths with the children as a group and individually. A variety of storytelling methods (i.e., books, pictures, puppets, felt boards, videos, and dramatization) are used to teach and review stories. In order to assess learning and the children’s understanding of the Scripture, teachers converse with the children, provide opportunities for the children to retell the story and utilize practical applications of the stories to life today.
Throughout the Center, the teachers strive, with the Lord’s help, to set a good example and model Christian living to the children. Christian principles are applied in their teaching as they interact with the children throughout each day.
