The Bergen County Christian Academy Crusader basketball teams won big this season – having secured five different trophies for the school.
Bergen County Christian Academy held its annual Invitational Basketball Tournament from February 3-4. The Abundant Life Academy, Hawthorne Christian Academy, and Northwest Christian School were invited to the Crusader’s court for a great time of basketball and hanging out. The Crusader Boys played well and grabbed the 1st place trophy for the tournament!
The following week, on February 10-11, the Crusader Girls played in the Metro Christian Athletic Association tournament. They grabbed 2nd place in the league tournament and were awarded the titled of Regular Season Champions.
Additionally, both the Crusader Boys and Crusader Girls received the M.C.A.A. Christian Character Award.
“It’s been exciting to see an increased enthusiasm for our athletics program this year. There is so much potential in these athletes and it is a privilege to help them be able to develop in their skill and knowledge of the sport.” says Coach Hanson, BCCA Athletic Director.
Bergen County Christian Academy is one of nine regional participants in Metro Christian Athletic Association.
