“We believe that every child learns differently. So we find the way that child learns, so that child can see success.” – Linda Horn
Growing up in First Baptist Church, Mrs. Horn had the privilege, as a teenager, of watching the inception of Bergen County Christian Academy. She graduated from BCCA in 1983 and went on to The King’s College in New York. She graduated with a degree in elementary education. She also has her state certification in pre-school and elementary teaching.
After getting her education, Mrs. Horn came back to BCCA to teach 3rd grade and then 1st grade. She became the elementary supervisor in 2010 and then the elementary principal the following year. God led her to take the position of Academy Principal when the vacancy arose, where she has been serving since 2013. Mrs. Horn is married to Philip, who she met at BCCA, and has three children, Mark, Erik, and Krista.
