Detail About How To Apply

Welcome to Bergen County Chrisitan Academy! We are excited that you have come across our school. Our program provides a quality Christian education, where we have been partnering with parents since 1973. We strive to glorify God in all we do by addressing the whole child: academically, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. Everything we do is filtered through the lens of a Biblical worldview.

Having educated students for nearly 50 years, our program has proven successful. Our graduates are productive and successful members of society – many of whom have pursued higher education in exceptional institutions. We do this by working to educate our students in a safe environment where the mind and spirit of every child are nurtured and challenged.

We do not use special formulas to select students. We look at every single application, academic and personal record, to select students who are well-suited to our school community.

Below, you will find the complete application process and all documents necessary for applying to our school.

The Application Process

Visit the Academy

Come visit an open house, or schedule a private tour of our campus. Prospective students may also shadow classes.

Apply

Complete our Academy Application Form which includes three recommendation forms, current report cards, disciplinary records, IEP records, and health and immunization records.

Interview

An administrative personnel will take both the parents and student for an interview.

Enrollment

The final steps are to complete Academic Testing, which includes payment for exam, and read & sign Parent/Student Handbook which includes the Controlled Substance Testing Agreement Forms. After satisfactorily completing all steps above, you are officially a Crusader!

Things To Know First

Our Academy Application is required for all students requesting acceptance to Bergen County Christian Academy.

  • Print Application
  • Submit application & accompanying documents with the nonrefundable $150 application fee

Regular Decision April 29
Late Decision June 30
